Event Liability Waiver
In consideration for attending the Night Lights’ Sky Lantern Festival, you must read and sign this Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Risks, and Liability Waiver.
Participant Liability Waiver
Each member of your group aged 18 or older will be required to sign a waiver in order to enter the event.
Anyone 17 and under will need a signed waiver from their parent or legal guardian.
Save time by filling out the waiver in advance and bringing a printed copy with you. Don't worry, we’ll have plenty of waivers and pens at the check-in tents in case you forget or don't have a printer.
